PetDoorFix (“we”, “us”) operates the website petdoorfix.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Contact details you send us: your name, phone number, email address, and your home address or location when you enquire or book an installation.
- Photos and details you share about your doors, glass and pets (for example your pet’s breed and weight) so we can recommend the right product and prepare your quote.
- Messages exchanged with us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the site, and cookies set by our website platform (see Cookies below).
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
- To arrange measurements, fabrication and installation, and aftercare such as the move-out glass swap-back.
- To keep records of the work carried out at your property.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
Sharing
We share information only when needed to provide our service — for example with our own installers and the glass fabricators involved in your job — or when required by law.
WhatsApp and Email
If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, your messages are also handled under WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) and your email provider’s own privacy policies.
Cookies
Our website platform may set essential cookies needed for the site to function and for basic security. If analytics or advertising cookies are introduced in future, this policy will be updated.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services, honour aftercare, and meet legal and accounting requirements.
Your Rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@petdoorfix.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.
