Custom Pet Doors for Villa Fly-Screens, Wooden/UPVC Doors & Masonry Walls

Not every pet door belongs in glass. Many UAE villas have an outer fly-screen door in front of the glass slider, solid wooden or UPVC doors that need a clean precision cut, and garden walls where a sealed tunnel is the only route out. We fit pet doors in all three — pet-proof mesh fly-screens, precision-cut timber and UPVC doors, and weather-sealed masonry wall tunnels — across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and all seven emirates.

Fly-Screen Doors With Pet-Proof Mesh

A standard insect screen tears within weeks of a dog pushing through a flap cut into it. We rebuild screen doors with claw-resistant pet-proof mesh and a properly framed flap, and where your villa has the classic pairing — outer fly-screen plus inner glass slider — we align a dual-flap system through both so your pet passes both layers in one line.

Precision Cutting in Wooden & UPVC Doors

A pet door in a solid door is permanent carpentry, so it has to be right: measured to your pet, cut cleanly, framed square and sealed at the edges. We fit flaps in wooden front and back doors, UPVC doors, and interior doors too — bedroom and laundry flaps that end night-time door-scratching and let you keep AC in the rooms that matter.

Weather-Sealed Wall Tunnels

Where no door is in the right place, a tunnel through the masonry wall gives your pet a dedicated route to the garden. We core the wall precisely, line and seal the tunnel against heat, dust and water ingress, and fit the flap at the correct height for your pet — finished neatly inside and out.

One Installer for the Whole House

Glass, screen, wood and wall fittings from a single specialist team means the flap heights, sizes and locking logic are consistent across your home — and your cat or dog learns one system, not three.

How It Works

01

WhatsApp Photo & Breed Check

Send photos of the screen door, wooden door or wall and your pet’s breed and weight. We confirm the flap size and the right method for that surface.

01

02

On-Site Measurement

We measure the door or wall position precisely and mark the flap height from your pet’s shoulder — for wall tunnels, we check the wall construction and route first.

02

03

Preparation & Fabrication

Screen doors are re-meshed with pet-proof mesh and framed; wall tunnel components and any glass units (for dual-flap pairings) are fabricated to measure.

03

04

Fit & Seal

We fit the flap, seal every edge against heat and dust, fit the locking panel, and test the route with your pet.

Options & Details

Fly-screens. Pet-proof mesh replacement, framed flap in the screen door, and dual-aligned flaps where a screen door pairs with a glass sliding door. Wooden & UPVC doors. Manual 4-way locking flaps from Closer Pets and PetSafe, and microchip models from SureFlap and PetSafe where selective entry matters. Interior-door flaps for bedrooms, laundry and litter rooms. Yes — but not by cutting a hole in standard insect mesh, which tears almost immediately. We rebuild the screen with claw-resistant pet-proof mesh and a properly framed flap, so the screen keeps insects out and survives daily pet traffic.

We align two flaps — one in the screen door, one in the glass (via insert or replacement unit) — on the same centre line, creating a dual-flap passage. Your pet pushes through both in one straight route, and both layers stay sealed against heat and insects.

Be careful here: unlike our glass and sliding-insert methods, cutting a wooden door or coring a wall is a permanent alteration, so for rented homes we recommend the rental-friendly routes — sliding inserts and glass swap-back units that restore everything in about 30 minutes with no landlord NOC. If you own the property, door and wall fittings are an excellent permanent solution.

No. The tunnel is lined and sealed at both faces, and the flap itself uses magnetic closure that snaps shut after every pass — the same weather discipline as our glass installations, engineered for 45°C heat and shamal dust.

Dogs follow the standard chart: Medium 23×35 cm, Large 28×45 cm, X-Large 36×65 cm by breed. Cats over 4 kg need a Large flap. Send us the breed on WhatsApp and we will size it before we quote.

Yes — interior wooden door flaps are one of our most requested small jobs. They let cats reach litter trays in the laundry or maid's room and end bedroom-door scratching at night, while you keep the bedroom door closed and the AC inside.
