The sliding track insert
A made-to-measure panel sits in the track of the sliding door with the flap built into it. The door still slides and locks, the original glass is untouched, and the panel lifts out without a trace when you no longer need it. The replacement glass panel
Where the flap belongs in a fixed panel, or you want the most built-in finish, a new tempered glass unit is fabricated with the opening formed before tempering and the flap fitted, then swapped for your original panel. Your original glass is stored safely and can be swapped back in around 30 minutes. For tenanted villas this is the detail that matters: nothing about the house is permanently changed, and no landlord NOC is needed for the glass routes.
Built for family life
Dubailand communities are dog communities. The parks fill with Labradors, retrievers, spaniels and the occasional very determined dachshund, and the flap at home has to suit the dog you actually have. Dog doors run Medium 23 × 35 cm, Large 28 × 45 cm and XL 36 × 65 cm.
